Baby's Teething

My little girl's 6th tooth is coming out and she's still in pain. She doesn't really like using teether anymore eventhough we give her different choices of teether. She also doesn't use pacifier and she doesn't do thumb sucking. I don't really know what to give her so I had to call my mom to ask... She told me to get her baby orajel and apply a pinch to her aching gums/teeth. It works and I was so happy. Believe it or not, I tried using everything that I give to my baby other than her diapers :p. I tried applying a pinch of baby orajel to my teeth first to know if it'll hurt my baby or not - if it hurts me then it's going to hurt my baby even more - it didn't hurt though so I applied it to her.. She gave me a smile after doing so.:)

Gerber Finger Foods

I started letting my baby eat finger foods when she turned 6 months. I often go to the store to get her this Graduates Finger Foods since these are the ones she loved best. We still buy her other baby crackers but she liked Gerber Finger Foods better. Now that she's older she can finish 1 container in less than a week. She especially liked the corn flavor unfortunately there's only one grocery store that sells these and we have to travel 30 minutes to buy just 1 or 2 container so I asked my sister to buy me some and have it shipped here. I was so blessed that she agreed to do so :)

Vtech

Here's one educational toy that I really like to buy for my little girl when she's old enough to play it. Well, I might get her the upgraded version but I definitely like something that's similar to it. This Vtech V Smile Pocket is an educational video game platform. It's portable so she can bring it anywhere we go and it can also be connected to the TV when at home. It also have a built in microphone for her to sing-a-long. Since this is portable, I'm sure going to need a vot adapter, power pack and car charger.... hmmm i'm so excited when she turns 5; then possibly every other month after that we'll buy her new cartridge. I like the idea of her learning and having fun at the same time.

Baby Phat Shoes

I just fell in love when I saw this baby phat shoes that my mom sent for our baby. It's gorgeous and our baby loves it. When we went to the grocery store, all of the cashier talked about our little girl's shoes since this shoes is not available in where I am now. They all wondered where we found the shoes but none of them dared to ask us. I would have told them if only they asked.

I was so surprised when I googled how much it cost - the cheapest was $39.99. What?! That's just too expensive for me, and I even told that to my mom, luckily she was able to buy it when it was on sale. The shoes is genuine leader and extremely beautiful signature logo design. It's just sad that within a few months the shoes will be too small for her already.

Graco Swing 'n Bounce - Little Jungle Crew

My husband and I bought one like that in the picture - the Graco Swing and Bounce. It is one of our best buys, though it cost us $149.99, since our now 1 year old baby girl is still using it and she's been using the swing since we brought her home from the hospital. :) This swing never fail to put my baby to sleep while listening to its soothing classical music. I especially liked it because I can do chores and safely leave her in the swing. When she grew older, she enjoyed using the bouncer in its maximum vibrate and she now swings herself in the swing so we don't need to use the battery anymore :)
