Is it a reality or a myth that seafood is not safe during pregnancy? This is the question I had in my when I was pregnant for even though I am not a big seafood eater , I still eat seafood occasionally.
Studies show it is actually smart to eat seafood during pregnancy. Infact, any mom-to-be who ate no seafood were nearly 50% more likely to have symptoms of depression than those who ate seafood at least three times per week. The study examined more than 14,500 pregnant women that those who ate two to three fish meals per week had the lowest levels of risk for symptoms of depression. The connection is that fish are the only naturally rich source of special omega-3 fatty acid called DHA, which is needed for the very best possible brain and eye development in babies. Fish also is an excellent source of lean protein and is rich in vitamin D and calcium which both help for a healthy pregnancy.
Read more about this finding in the scientific section on the healthy tuna website. Ask your doctor also if you are allowed to eat seafood.
The other day my co-worker was sharing how much she spends to have a manicure but I told her it's really ridiculous to spend so much for something that will be ruined after a day or two. A simple nail cleaning + nail polishing shouldn't cost as much as $50 especially if pedicure is not included. I just think that's not worth it!
This incident left me wondering how much you... yes, you. How much you spend you to have your nails done in one visit? I'm really interested to know.

Did you know that Super Bowl Sunday is notoriously one of the busiest days of the year for toilets: 90 million toilets will be flushed during halftime. This is the reason 2000 Flushes is tying in their Sweepstakes with the Super Bowl.
“Is Your Bowl Ready for the Big Game?” is a contest where sweepstakes users can enter to win by filling out a form on the sweepstakes microsite. The grand prize is $10,000 for a bathroom makeover/remodel. Each week for 13 weeks, 99 weekly prizes of coupons for free 2000 Flushes products will be given away. A $1 off coupon is also available to download from the sweepstakes site if you want to get your toilets ready now.
It is easy to join the contest, just complete the entry form (which will only take you about a minute) at the 2,000 Flushes website. You can enter the sweepstakes once a day and you will be automatically entered for the Weekly sweepstakes. The contest runs until March 15, 2010 and drawing the weekly winners began December 16, 2009. I would love to have a bathroom make over but weekly coupons are great too that is why I joined the contest!
Enter to Win now! I just did and it took me about a minute! There are no questions to answer, just your email and address!

Since I get back to work last September, I have been really busy that I hardly have the time to surf, scrapbook, read, play Wii and do other things I do to relax. I even stopped browsing for blog opportunity - I only post opps. from socialsparks since they are the only ones sending me email when I am qualified for opportunities. I don't have to log in to their website everyday to check.
Since this month, I tried to lessen the stress I have at work by playing facebook games. Now, I'm so into it that everyday I am only in facebook to play! - LOL! I'm always thinking I need to stop and get back on track with workig and earning $ but then.... I need a break!

All parents want the best for their kids. When my little girl was born, I didn't really know what to pick from two shelves of infant formula so I chose one of the most expensive brands of milk assuming that that would give her all the nutrients she needs. Now, I know I was wrong. After reading some news, blog and other articles I realized that it is true - Store-brand formulas found in federal court are nutritionally equivalent to and confer the same developmental benefits as the more expensive national brands.
Just recently, Mead Johnson, maker of enfamil, loses multi-million dollar false advertising case against store-brand infant formulas. PBM Products has won a $13.5 million false advertising judgment against Mead Johnson that has the potential of forever changing the $3.4 billion infant formula industry in the United States and saving parents significant money each year.
The U.S. District Court Judge James R. Spencer permanently enjoined Mead Johnson from making future false advertising claims against PBM and store-brand infant formulas. Mead Johnson has made claims based on nutritional superiority over store brand formulas which cost some parents hundreds of dollars extra in one year of formula purchases. PBM successfully argued that its formulas contain the same nutrients at the same levels as the Mead Johnson brand Enfamil® LIPIL®. The only difference is the price - PBM’s store-brand formulas are up to 50% less than Enfamil® LIPIL® and allow parents to save as much as $600 per year on their formula purchases.
Doing blog post review is not completely easy. One must take the time to read the long disclosure policy and any other rules because they will not consider your blog post if one or any of the rules are not followed.
I had two blog post that were rejected because (1) I posted one sponsored post after another sponsored post and (2) I posted a sponsored post after a week of not posting any original post.
Obviously, I didn't take the time to read their disclosure policy.
My adgitize subscription for four of my blogs expired just recently and I didn't renew my subscription just because I really do not have the time to blog, to adgitize or blog hop so paying $96 for four of my blogs and not being able to earn that back through blogging isn't reasonable. My attempt to earn through blogging is my attempt to earn extra money not loose a lot.
I'm still thankful that socialsparks is still giving me paid post opportunities.
