I need a blog make over! Anyone willing to create an eye catching, simple yet elegant and versatile template?

Here are the things I want for my blog.
1) 3 column blog template
2) blog badge
3) blog signature
4) header/banner with a clipart/image of a lady and a laptop with any other background related to what I would be blogging about ---> The theme of my blog is business - (online/offline), technology (games, software, tips, etc...), shopping, finance, technology, travel etc... This is the reason I wanted a template that's versatile :)
5) I would like a blog with tabs below the header. Tabs would be for 'Home, Contact, Disclosure, Badge/Link Exchange' and other tabs I would like to add or delete.
6) button to share post - example: digg, facebook, twitter, technoratti, link to my other blogs:
7) "link to this post" below a blog post - one that actually works...link to this post on all my other blogs don't work
8) no border for every image i will add in my blog
9) button to automatically subscribe to my blog (feedburner subscribe by email); follow twitter, facebook etc.
10) reasonable fee

Can you do a make over on my blog or know anyone who can? Please let me know. :)

I'm ready to spend more time blogging and less time playing and doing some other things when at home.  I will concentrate on this blog and my profession blog. This blog already has its own domain name since beginning of last year I think and just now I renewed my adgitize subscription to give it more exposure thus giving me more blog opportunities.  I also bought a domain for my other blog and advertised it through adgitize.  In a week or so I'll try and see if I can find more opportunity.

I get all of my opportunity at SS since they are the only onces who send me email if I'm qualified to blog about some sponsored posts and I don't need to do any bidding.  However, I want to also try some other companies and see what happens.

Meet my 3 months old digital camera. I got this in November when my other 7 year old Sony digital camera broke. I love this camera eventhough I would really want to have my own DSLR camera some day. We can afford buying the SLR camera itself but the lens cost so much so we'll stick with digicam for now.

A game that's the classical version of Happy Island. It's a lot easier to maintain and level up but only one other facebook friend is playing.

This is another most played game in facebook. Again, all my friends are playing or have tried to play or took a sneak peak on this game including my siblings who don't like facebook games ;) I'm in my level 42 in this account but I don't always play it and had left it with withered crops for a long time now - I always stop playing whenever I ran out of fuel then come back the next day or whenever I feel like it.
As you can see I have some withered crops, unplowed field and plowed fields. I have a total of 100 farmvilee gift requests. Some of those gifts are from December gifts. I wish there's a way to accept all those gifts once. A facebook friend shared an interesting blogger and wordpress template inspired by farmville :)

Okay, I started this game today and I kinda like it - sort of like facebook's version of "SimCity" and I live in the island so this is interesting game for me. Only two of my facebook friends are playing it though.

I was attracted with this game when I saw that almost all my facebook friends are playing it and they have so many fans. I'm already in my level 53 and I quit the other day when I created my new facebook game account. LOL! xd


I enjoy this game because of the many facebook users playing it and the cute designs we can make in our cafe XD

This game is almost like "My City Life" game but with a much more decent looking houses/building but I just don't know what I'm doing with the game. hahaha!
